Kidney beans Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups (precooked) or 14 oz canned (drained) Kidney beans
  • ½ cup Tahini
  • 2 roasted red pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in the blender, chop for 1 minute and puree for 2 to 3 minutes. Add to plate, finish with sprinkle of cumin, red pepper, olive oil and serve.
